The Cheraw State Park golf course winds through a longleaf pine forest and boasts a layout so broad that no two fairways are adjacent. The course, repeatedly named a "Super Value" by Golf Digest readers, plays to 6,928 yards with a 130 slope from the championship tees.
The Hickory Knob golf course encompasses wooded shorelines alongside Lake Thurmond, which are visible or come into play on every hole of the course. The Hickory Knob course plays to 6,560 yards and a 132 slope from the championship tees and has been rated a "Great Value" by Golf Digest readers.
