Refund policy

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will refund or exchange the product(s). We do not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage to products. Programs and Park Passports are non-refundable.

Easy Returns and Exchanges

When returning item(s) use order shipping label found on the front of the Order Summary / Receipt.

Return your package via any shipping method to the following address with tracking information:

Please allow 7 to 10 days to process return.

Include the Order Summary / Receipt with return.

Indicate on the form if you are seeking an exchange or a refund. If an exchange, include the new size and color or different item you prefer.

Returned items must be in new condition. If items are worn or damaged, your return will be declined. Items that have a manufacturing defect must be exchanged within 30 days.  

Web Store purchases can not be returned to a park. 

Not responsible for packages not received or lost that are shipped to South Carolina State Park Web Store.

We will do our best to ship the correct item to you. If we have erred and sent the wrong item, contact our Customer Service Representative at (803) 898-4617 and we will send a pre-paid return label and exchange the product.

All refunds will be issued using the same method as payment and card purchased with. 

Returns without an Order Summary / Receipt may require further processing or be declined. If further processing is required a Customer Service Representative will contact you.
